  • Payment: Hire charges must be paid in advance within 2 days of receiving your invoice to secure your equipment.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made after confirmation incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event incur a 100% fee.
  • Safety & Compliance: All our equipment is fully PAT tested. A valid PAT certificate can be provided for your venue upon request.
  • Insurance & Venue Security: We carry full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) for peace of mind. However, you are strictly responsible for the physical safety, security, and protection of the equipment while it is at the venue. You must provide a safe and secure environment for our team to install and operate the gear.
