Multi-Suite Corporate Leadership Summit

A flagship leadership summit requiring seamless technical synchronisation across the Nine Kings and Westbourne Suites. Our brief was to eliminate technical friction and provide an immersive environment for 500+ delegates.

The solution involved a networked AV backbone, distributing a primary 4K plenary feed to twelve remote 65-inch displays, ensuring executive messaging was clear in every breakout zone.

72-Hour Technical Residency & Production

Providing engineering certainty for a 3-day global pharmaceutical residency. This project demanded a "zero-failure" infrastructure, featuring full audio-visual redundancy and bespoke stage environments.

We designed a lighting architecture mapped to the client’s brand palette and maintained a dedicated on-site crew to manage live show cues for the full 72-hour duration.
